I was on my way to work when I called, but Steve gave me extra-special service - finding a battery with a warranty and a rebate, and then texting me the price. He offered me an appointment the next day that fit around my work schedule. He sent me their contact information to add to my phone. When I arrived they were ready for me, and my battery was installed in 30 minutes! It was easy to use Finzel's Master Tech for the first time - I will use them again, and I highly recommend you do too!

Finzel's was able to give me an appointment within two days of calling. They were able to resolve my issue (broken exhaust pipe) when promised and did not try to upsell me on lots of additional services. Very courteous and professional at reasonable cost...very satisfying experience.

They staff were very friendly, informative, and were able to get my air conditioner vacuumed and charged. Which helped my father to be able to be taken to his appointment and my husband make it to work comfortably.
