I have had work done at Finzels on two occasions and would " highly" recommend them. They listen to you and offer suggestions on the estimated diagnosis based on the info you provide. Once its in the shop you get a call and email to let you know the "details" of what they found. I regards to my situation the clutch did not need to be replaced and only needed serviced. They did not sell me something I didn't need. I also received several calls explaining during their test drive. The second visit, same great service! Steve Finzel says ( Car problems-We fix it) and they do. Very satisfied customer,,,,
