Service is always spot on

I have had work done at Finzels on two occasions and would " highly" recommend them. They listen to you and offer suggestions on the estimated diagnosis based on the info you provide. Once its in the shop you get a call and email to let you know the "details" of what they found. I regards to my situation the clutch did not need to be replaced and only needed serviced. They did not sell me something I didn't need. I also received several calls explaining during their test drive. The second visit, same great service! Steve Finzel says ( Car problems-We fix it) and they do. Very satisfied customer,,,,

Only mechanic I use

We took our VW Beetle to them with what we thought might be a transmission problem. We checked the car and the engine was missing causing the problem. They called us explained the problem and what was needed to repair it. We were extremely happy with the work and will bring our other vehicles there for service.

I was new to town when I took one of our vehicles to Finzels. The staff has been great and has always taken very good care of our needs and problems
