Excellent experience at Finzel's!! My son is a student at Rose-Hulman and when he tried to come home for the holiday break, his car wouldn't go over 10 mph. We needed to find a place that could work a Volkswagen CC and open on a Saturday so we could have it towed there. Finzel's were happy to help. Once they diagnosed the problem, they sent me a link via text with details of what they found. They even included pictures! I am happy to have found a place we can trust while he is in school there. Went for an oil change, and had an airbag light on. They were able to read the codes and explain why the light was on, which no other place had done with a simple oil change service. They also provide you with a personalized report on your car's fluid levels, tire health, filter health, etc. by taking pictures of everything and sending the rlink to the report to your phone via text. I thought the process was transparent and I was impressed.
