First time customer for an oil change. The oil was changed, new wipe blades installed and new air filter installed. Several checks of the vehicle we also Checked. The total process took one and a half hours to complete. This is the longest it has ever taken me to get my oil changed. Back to station break for me.
Bill, Thank you for the feed back. Our routine oil change service should be completed in an hour or less. We are very thorough , especially the first time we see the vehicle. I am sorry for the extra time involved. Hopefully you will give us another chance ! Thank you, Steve
