Finzel's was able to give me an appointment within two days of calling. They were able to resolve my issue (broken exhaust pipe) when promised and did not try to upsell me on lots of additional services. Very courteous and professional at reasonable cost...very satisfying experience.
They staff were very friendly, informative, and were able to get my air conditioner vacuumed and charged. Which helped my father to be able to be taken to his appointment and my husband make it to work comfortably.

Finzel's was great! My car broke down on the way to Kentucky. Finzel's fixed me up. I rented a car to finish the trip and picked mine up on the way back. Very kind and very professional.
