Overall, the service wasn't that bad actually. The reason why I wouldn't recommend was due to how much I was overcharged for a simple installation of a supplied part. The staff was friendly, seemed knowledgeable, and cared about leaving me satisfied. However, I asked for them to install an O2 sensor for me with a part I supplied. I bought the part over a year ago, and never got around to dealing with it. Its difficult for me to crawl around on the ground, and I was never really up to installing it. This part literally takes 5 to 10 minutes to install, especially when they can lift the vehicle up and have experienced staff. I figured since I already gave them $300 worth of business that they would install it for cheap, since again we are talking 5 minutes of work. I don't mind paying a small amount, but I ended up being charged $150 for them to install it. I shouldn't have agreed to it but the work was already done and I didn't know who much they charged for it until I saw the bill after paying. The part cost me $100, and they charged $150 to spend 5 minutes to install. I honestly felt robbed and that will be my feedback to anyone and everyone about my experience here. Everything else they did was completely ok and acceptable though.
