First of all Finzel's; is very safe with all of this coronavirus that’s going on. All the staff is very professional; I have watched how well they treat customers, everyone should be proud to be employed there seems like a great place. I’m a new customer with Finzels, I plan on returning when my vehicle is in need of maintenance.

I cannot say enough about Steve and his team! They went above and beyond to help us. We were traveling cross country when the car broke down. I called and he came right over to help me get the car to his shop. Within a very short time he knew what was wrong. I was given a very fair price and he completed the job quickly. It was raining so they came and picked us up from our hotel so that we could retrieve the vehicle.o will forever be grateful for the courtesy they showed us in our time of need. Thanks Steve!
