We own three vehicles from different auto makers (Honda, Toyota & a Mazda). Two have high miles and are over 15 years old. Finzels understands our desire to maintain older vehicles. We bring our vehicles to Finzels because we have had bad experiences with dealerships. In short, we were grossly overcharged. Honestly Finzels' prices are extremely fair. Twice I paid nearly nothing, because they couldn't find an issue! On another occasion, the owner lowered my bill. And recently, Finzels replaced a two-year-old battery for free (apparently it was still under warranty.) Let's be clear. Finzels is the best automotive repair shop in Terre Haute. Friendly people, extremely fair prices, and the highest quality service.

Very detailed with my vehicle in regards to what was malfunctioning and needed repairing. I do not know a lot about cars but with the help of Finzels Mastertech they helped explained everything and even had links to videos that described the function to my vehicle and what was wrong with it.
