Steve and his team are awesome! We were passing through Terre Haute on a road trip from St Louis to Cleveland and stopped for a coffee break. We noticed an issue with our power steering system and were referred to Finzel's Master Tech. Based on my description Steve thought it was the power steering coolant pump and after he looked at it, he was correct. Even though he didn't have a free bay, he said he would try and get the pump replaced that day. We were ready to get a hotel for the day, but he advised us to wait. Then they lent us a loaner car with some recommendations for sites to see. A little while later, Steve called and said he had picked up a pump in Indy and should have the job done by the end of the day. After seeing some of the sites in Terre Haute, we headed back to Finzel's early and found they had completed the job an hour early. Everyone was nice and very understanding of our situation and worked hard to help us out. Steve and his team did a fantastic job of putting us at ease and it is a great feeling when you are in a new area. They are the best and I would have them do all of the work on my cars if I lived closer. I recommend them whole heartedly. As a side note, their facility is beautiful and the bays are spotless!
