I am very pleased with their service. They were upfront and let me know exactly what was needed. They weren't able to get to my car until the next day, they let me use a loaner car so I wasn't carless or have to continue driving my car. Very fair pricing. I'll always take my car here from now on. Definitely recommend!!

Finzel’s did work on my CRV and on my granddaughters Chrysler. I loved that they sent me pics within the inspection report for the Honda. Both times work was done in a timely manner, were good at keeping me informed, and all personnel are very pleasant to deal with. Clark is our favorite 😉

I did not have an appointment and was running low on oil. Stopped in and Steve was so helpful as he checked and put oil in for me. He gave me valuable information on condition of my car which was very much appreciated.

Exceptional service and performance. Steve, the staff and the business dog always make you feel welcomed and treat you like family. There’s no other service center like this one!

This is my first time needing my car serviced since being here in Terre Haute. I was nervous, but when I called I felt at ease. They got me in quickly. They offer a free shuttle service. They have THE CUTEST office dog. They got my car done fast and right. I will continue to come to Finzel’s! As someone who used to have an old car that constantly needed work, I highly recommend.
