I appreciated them taking pictures of everything and sending a video, so I could get a grasp of what they see. I am just glad to get rid of the rattle and make sure my car is safe for my family to ride with me.

Had to get my car serviced, very quick to look at it and let me know what the issue was. Made an appointment and car was repaired the next day.

I was making a longish distance drive from visiting my mom in Northwest Ohio and returning home to Kansas. Started to hear a rattling sound after driving through Indianapolis and decided to stop in Terre Haute for the night and get it sorted. Google search and the hotel desk clerk both mentioned Finzel's. I showed up as the door was being unlocked the following morning. Fantastic service! It required a bit of creative problem solving but they got me on the road as soon as they could.
