Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. They were able to get my vehicle in quickly. The inspection was thorough, and cost of repairs were within my budget.

Service with a smile and beautiful, gentle dogs who great customers. Finzel stands behind their work and are eager to make sure everything is correct and satisfying to the customer. Prices are a bit high, but competitive.

I've watched the progress of Finzel's Master Tech's new building construction project, and finally started getting my vehicles serviced by them. So far, the service is fantastic, and the people are extremely professional and friendly. They strive for high quality and fix any issues that might arise after working on a vehicle. The facility is top notch, the e-notification of what's right and what's wrong with each of our vehicles is very informative. Their 6-months same as cash option was very appealing for a recent major repair -- $7k estimate from an out-of-town dealership but Finzel's was able to fix everything plus a few other items for half that price. I look forward to taking our vehicles there for as long as they continue their expert servicing.

Got in quickly. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helpful. They kept me informed on what was going on, when it was finished and when someone could pick me up to get my vehicle. Will be going back when I need service.

I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Steve and I was highly impressed with the level of personal concern he put into the diagnostics portion of the whole experience. I have an extended warranty with the manufacturer of my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder and after many visits they continue to tell me there is nothing wrong with the transmission or the way it operates. Steve took the time to drive around and replicate the issue instead of just asking me to leave it and they would let me know what was wrong with it. After he completed the diagnostics, he called the dealer and told them what they needed to do to get my vehicle fixed. That there is genuine interest in your customers and your business. Your reputation is more important than making a quick buck. Shame on my dealership service department for not going above and beyond to understand the situation. I would definitely consider FINZEL’S for any car related repairs!
