Very quick to respond to my need. My car was towed from a busy intersection quickly. Once at the shop, the needed repairs were evaluated, an estimate prepared and I was contacted so I could get back on the road ASAP. Unfortunately, due to the cost, I was unable to afford all the necessary repairs. However, I was offered some alternatives for both repairs and payment. Ron, and all others I spoke with, treated me very professionally. I will definitely use their services again if needed, and will suggest to others what a fine place this is to do business with. We brought our 2005 Ford 500 in for 120k service. We needed the car to be in tip top shape because a member of our family was moving out of state, taking the car with her, and traveling long distances. She does not have a lot of experience maintaining a car so anything we could do before she left would make us feel more at ease. Additional issues we had were:

This is the second time I have had a vehicle worked on by Finzels. Both times I have been extremly pleased with the communication to me explaining the problem and cost before any work takes place. The rates are fair and the work is completed in a timely manner!

One more great experience with Finzel's. I had some valve train noise that was bothering me. Jacob could have told me I needed an expensive timing chain replacement, but instead the guys went in and made some adjustments. That almost completely eliminated the noise, and the engine runs smoother.

These guys do great work, Having my brakes done was a bit more expensive than I had hoped, but there was more wrong than I had hoped as well, that is just my fault for waiting as long as I did to have my brakes checked. I am 100% satisfied.
