I had never been here before and they got me right in to fix my ac ! (Thank goodness). They were all so nice and explained everything to me. As always I was informed of the problem before the work was done, and I picked up my car the same day that I dropped it off. I have been bringing my car to Finzel's for years and I will continue to come back.

They were efficient and honest. The price was reasonable and the people were great.

Our daughter is several hours away at school and her car was overheating. Not only were they able to fix her car quickly and affordably, but they treated her like family. They gave her a ride back to her apartment and ensured that she didn't drive her car until it was safe.

I always get great service and a fair deal from Finzel's. I took my truck in on Saturday for a n oil change, Tire re-balance and Power steering issues, They were quick with the diagnosis and let me know that they may not have it finished that day. I made other arrangements to get to work on Monday and picked it up Monday night.
