Had an appointment for Thurs. took the vehicle in on Tues and the work was completed on Wed.

My Texas daughter is in college at Terre Haute. Finzel’s worked with me to get my daughter’s car back in safe working order. Customer service was great as well.

I called Fenzel's yesterday to get a price and appointment to replace my fuel pump. Turns out its gonna be a job costing between $800-$1000. The lady took my name, number and vehicle details. She said she'd have one of the guys call me back with an estimate. Well... apparently they can't be bothered to provide something as simple as customer service and a phone call. Never bothered to call me back. Not sure how they make money if they can't even do something so simple. Guess my work wasn't enough money for them. Either way if they lack the ability to make a phone call, I don't think I'd even trust them to repair it. Good job guys. I not only won't ever use your company but with word of mouth... I'll make sure nobody I know or talk to will either. I'll take my vehicle to an efficient and courtesy establishment. Too bad I had to leave even 1 star here. Sigh

My husband & me, along with our little dog were at your place today, 3/23/2018. We had to replace my battery in my 2001 Escape. Your service & hospitality are above & beyond. Prices are reasonable too. Thank u for your prompt service also. Y'all rock!!
