I loved that they sent me a text with a link to their inspection which included photos with descriptions and arrows pointing to what they were talking about and even videos describing the parts of a car for better understanding. This helped immensely when they called to discuss what they found. They also recommended letting them try to salvage some parts instead of replacing everything to save me money. Reception is very friendly and provided free shuttle service. Best experience I've ever had getting my car fixed.

Our van had broken down and the work to repair ended up being more involved and costly than initially suspected. Brandon and Steve worked with us from start to finish in the decision making process and were very transparent, patient, kind, and helpful. This is a shop full of good guys. I'll definitely be returning for my auto care needs.
