Very customer oriented, amazing service. And there’s a dog.

I had a great experience here. They did a full inspection sent it to my phone with pictures and told me everything that was wrong with my car. The prices are reasonable and comparable but I always believed you pay for what you get.. customer service is top-notch The service work is the best in town. They even have a golden retriever that walks around that's very friendly. I do have to make a comment about the bathroom.... I have never been in such a clean bathroom where you get your own personal towel to dry your hands (see attached picture) also I didn't see any plastic cups you get to use real ceramic coffee cups...... you never see that at a regular service station. I would highly recommend this place. I have to go back in a week to get my tire fixed so I will let you know how that visit went as well. Update 3-7-2020 great service amazing staff. Best mechanic around. Waiting room was nice.

Finzel's Mastertech was so helpful in guiding me to get new tires for my car. They created three separate bids so I could choose which tires worked best for me and then were very timely in getting the tires into the shop and getting them put on my car! So thankful for their help and will be back with any future needs my car may have.

They simply do things the right.

Always great. Been coming to Finzels for more than 25 years. Steve has always been great to work with, dependable work for all the cars that they have fixed of mine, and great prices. I can't say enough about this shop. Way to go to one of his mechanics (Byron Layton) for being nationally recognized and for the shop itself being nationally recognized!! Please check them out, totally worth your time and money!
