Very detailed with my vehicle in regards to what was malfunctioning and needed repairing. I do not know a lot about cars but with the help of Finzels Mastertech they helped explained everything and even had links to videos that described the function to my vehicle and what was wrong with it. Best place to get your vehicle serviced!!

I called on a Saturday afternoon, my daughter's car had a broken alternator belt, I really needed to get it fixed that day. Bernie said if I could get it there right away, he'd get it done before they closed at 4:00 p.m. Car was done at 3:00 p.m. Really appreciated the customer service and the quality work.
