Everyone that I spoke with that day was very friendly and eager to help. Jacob the mechanic who worked on my van was honest and knowledgeable and took the time after the repair to answer any questions/concerns that I had. They also had an adorable pup that they let me give some love to, sooo that's definitely a bonus for me. 10/10 would reccomend this place

We own three vehicles from different auto makers (Honda, Toyota & a Mazda). Two have high miles and are over 15 years old. Finzels understands our desire to maintain older vehicles. We bring our vehicles to Finzels because we have had bad experiences with dealerships. In short, we were grossly overcharged. Honestly Finzels' prices are extremely fair. Twice I paid nearly nothing, because they couldn't find an issue! On another occasion, the owner lowered my bill. And recently, Finzels replaced a two-year-old battery for free (apparently it was still under warranty.) Let's be clear. Finzels is the best automotive repair shop in Terre Haute. Friendly people, extremely fair prices, and the highest quality service.
