I have taken my cars to Finzel's for 6 years and always appreciated the how the technicians are willing to explain the repairs they think my car needs and help distinguish which are essential and which are optional to fit my budget. They have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and get great deals. One technician even helped me find a new car repair shop I can trust when I moved to another state! I appreciate how clean and comfortable the waiting area is and the willingness of staff to drop me off and pick my up when I can't get a ride during longer repairs. Finzel's used car inspection service saved me from wasting thousands of dollars on an SUV I probably would have regretted buying, and gave me the information I needed to negotiate a fair price on a higher-mileage SUV in rather better condition. They quite literally saved me thousands of dollars. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, I'll absolutely be giving them my patronage in the future. Update 01/17/2019 I've continued to patronize Finzel's for all the maintenance my SUV has needed to date, and they've continued to impress with their excellent service and fair pricing. 5/5, they've earned a loyal customer. Update 07/19/2020 I just had my oil changed at Finzel's, and while I was there they tightened up a rattling exhaust heat shield that had worked its way loose without charging me an extra cent. These guys are the best!
