My daughter was in town for work,went through a drive thru,and the window wouldn't go back-up! The temps were in the negatives, it was a holiday Friday, so most dealerships were closed, or wouldn't help her. We found Finzels online, called them to see if they could help her out in this emergency situation,and they said YES!
