Still have slight thump in left front suspension following steering shaft repalcement. 2 screws left out of drivers side door panel after acuator replacement.
Finzel's did a great job with our oil change. While and oil change may be a small job that nearly any shop can do, Finzel's also did an inspection of our vehicle and found a potentially disastrous problem with our suspension. Finzel's did not provide the repairs (the car was under warranty), but their knowledge alerted us to the service needed.
They were able to move my appointment up one day to accommodate a schedule change.

I went in for an oil change on a mail coupon offer. I was informed that my air filter needed changed and that they had another offer for that. I got my oil and air filter changed for $25 and in 30 minutes. I can't do it myself for that.
Staff is excellent, always professional and have never had to wait long to get my vehicles worked on. They have worked me in on a very short notice and usually always start my work earlier if I am early.
